The rise of luxury townhomes on the Gold Coast

a-d.com.au:  Gold Coast housing prices grew almost four times as expected during 2021.

CoreLogic's February 2022 regional market update shows that house prices rose by 36% and apartments by 26%, with prices set to rise further amid predictions that the city will outperform all other Australian capital cities this year. The latest property reports reveal that median house prices in the Gold Coast are now near the $1 million mark, with many buyers now looking towards townhomes for their next purchase.

Moving from a traditional detached house to a townhouse is anything but a compromise, though - previously land-locked residents from around the nation are making a permanent move to the coast with jaw-dropping, luxury townhomes.

Callista presents an exclusive collection of only four luxury townhomes that is every bit as indulgent as you would expect of the development team and project location.

These grand townhomes come courtesy of Chapter Two, C2 Architecture and Louise Walsh Interior Design. Each townhome offers four spacious bedrooms over three levels, three bathrooms, multiple living areas and a secure double lock-up garage.

Nick Clydsdale from CBRE Residential Projects comments that Callista offers "luxurious open-plan living - you are offered spaciousness typically exclusive to a large house with the benefit of living in a low maintenance villa." The gourmet kitchen is as functional as it is spectacular, complete with a curved stone island bench, premium joinery, high-end Miele appliances.

The expansive balcony is perfect for entertaining and making the most of the perfect year-round weather. "There's also the unrivalled beachside location to consider - Callista is less than 300-metres away from the pristine sands of Palm Beach," Clydsdale adds.
