Development approval for Mango Hill land estate

The team at Chapter Two are thrilled to announce we have received development approval from Moreton Bay Council for our Kinsellas Rise land subdivision in Mango Hill.

The boutique land estate consists of 22 lots located within close proximity to schools, childcare, train station and shopping, including Westfield North Lakes, and only a short drive the waterside playgrounds of the Redcliffe peninsular.

The project holds a special place in the heart of Chapter Two co-founders Oliver Bagheri and Jon Quayle, who have been involved in the delivery of over 300 dwellings within the Moreton Bay region surrounding Kinsellas Rise in years gone by.

“Kinsellas Rise will be one of the last infill land subdivision opportunities located within the Mango Hill/North Lakes area,” said Jon Quayle, Director of Chapter Two.

“Pre-release purchasing opportunities for the land will commence in March 2022.”
