Active in property since 2003, Jon held national management and director roles with renowned names like HKSE listed R&F Property, Metro Property Development, CBRE and Mirvac before branching out on his own alongside long-time friend and colleague Oliver Bagheri. Jon acknowledges the responsibility that comes with developing property in the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas which he has known intimately since childhood. Carrying with him a sharp focus on creating not just buildings, but homes that cultivate fond memories and places of purpose that will continue to be sought after for years to come.

Oliver Bagheri, or Oli amongst his friends, has spent over 14 years passionately working in the property development space. Prior to co-founding Chapter Two (previously CapDev Partners) with Jon, Oliver held director and management positions at notable names like Capland, Deloitte Real Estate and Rogerscorp, leading project advisory, capital transactions, development management & site acquisitions for over $1 billion worth of developments. Oliver brings a deep-seated humility and sense of gratitude to his work, determined to deliver market-leading projects in every location.
