Holm is where the heart is as first sod turned

We are excited to announce that construction is now officially under way on Holm – our luxury apartment tower at Rainbow Bay.

Following a successful ceremonial sod-turning, this lavish new project is coming to life, taking opulent beachside living on the southern Gold Coast to new heights.

The 12-level development is our third project on the Gold Coast - our largest apartment development to date - and is being constructed by longstanding Gold Coast builder Groupline Constructions in collaboration with award-winning Plus Architecture.
