Chapter Two acquired this 2.85 hectare raw parcel in May 2022 and in less than 12 months gained development approval for multiple dwellings across freehold and community title land, including a nature reserve dedication for Brisbane City Council.

Soon after obtaining our development approval we were approached by one of Queensland’s largest home builders with an offer to purchase the property, and with other opportunities presenting themselves to us at the time, we opted to sell, resulting in a 57.5% value uplift in 15 months.

Importantly for us, the incoming builder was able to fast track the delivery of nearly 60 much needed new homes in Brisbane’s burgeoning northern corridor.
