From Emilia Romagna to Rainbow Bay

CBRE Residential Projects recently hosted 50+ VIP purchasers and distinguished guests in the Holm Rainbow Bay sales display showroom.

Guests shared conversation with Danny Juric, Director of Plus Architecture, Nicholas Clydsdale from CBRE and Jon Quayle from Chapter Two.

But it was Enrico Pagelli from Bertazzoni who stole the show, jetting in from Italy to meet with guests and share more information about the history of the esteemed Bertazzoni brand and the collaboration with Chapter Two on the Holm development.

"Bertazzoni is one of the world's oldest and highest quality appliance manufacturers and we’re proud to announce our partnership with this luxury brand steeped in history," said Mr Quayle.

The company was founded by Francesco Bertazzoni and his son Antonio in 1882 in the town of Guastalla, just outside Modena, and not far from Milan.  This is the crossroads of northern Italy’s robust agricultural and culinary industry in Emilia-Romagna.

“People here grow up smelling the Parmesan cheese and eating the Parma ham. There is a long tradition here of family and food.  It is also the home of Lamborghini, Maserati and Ferrari,” said Pagelli.

“At Bertazzoni we combine our region’s three great local traditions of culinary craft, engineering precision and fashion and represent this in our brand and the luxury appliances we craft and deliver," Pagelli added.

To this day, Bertazzoni remains a family owned and run business with Paolo Bertazzoni at the helm and his son Nicola and daughter Valentina driving sales and design respectively, marking six generations of success and ensuring the Bertazzoni core principals remain for many years to come.

Chapter Two has partnered with Bertazzoni on it’s flagship development ‘Holm’ where a suite of Bertazzoni cooking appliances are included as standard.
