Construction kicks off at Callista Palm Beach

The luxury beach house development ‘Callista’ is now rising in Palm Beach, with renowned local builder Alroe Constructions appointed and now fully mobilised.

Callista received widespread media recognition when it launched to the market at the end of 2021, selling 3 out of the 4 villas quickly, with the developer holding the final beach house from the market.

The boutique development is only around 250 metres to the sand of Palm Beach and has been applauded by industry experts for filling a much needed gap in the hot southern Gold Coast market, where new homes on the same street are selling for in excess of $3 million.

Callista is proudly being developed by Chapter Two with completion scheduled for late Q1 2023.
